:) it is a very small couch and i fit on it only if i curl up my legs and refrain from any movement.
last year, i was in an office without a couch so i rolled out my yoga mat under the desk for naps when i needed them!! so yes, it is better to have a couch if i'm not sleeping for very long. :):)
Ha! I love that you took naps under your desk! I've ALWAYS wanted to do that at work, but it would be SOO inappropriate in an office setting. Right on!
On the pus side ... it is good you have a couch that you can fall asleep on :-)
