Update

Oh dear, I just fell asleep on the couch in my office without meaning to . . . for two hours. And I still feel tired.

  2. :) it is a very small couch and i fit on it only if i curl up my legs and refrain from any movement.

    last year, i was in an office without a couch so i rolled out my yoga mat under the desk for naps when i needed them!! so yes, it is better to have a couch if i'm not sleeping for very long. :):)

  3. I've been plagued with fatigue, too.

    Ha! I love that you took naps under your desk! I've ALWAYS wanted to do that at work, but it would be SOO inappropriate in an office setting. Right on!
