Congratulations?! That is what you've wanted....much more than being thrown into a faculty job immediately. Now....the home stretch.
yes, i have a job, but the teaching load is miniscule compared to what the C college wanted me to do. they are on the quarter system, so i don't teach in the fall, and i teach one class in the winter, and one in the spring. the fellows (i'm one of them!!) will also organize the annual conference, and be part of the monthly seminars.
